Each TrueVoice artist is a complete creative universe: original music, animated chapter series, live events, and a digital fan community. Every chapter of an artist's story ends as a song. Every song deepens the world.

THE IDEA
TrueVoice listens to the community and proposes a story concept and musical genre. What world does this artist inhabit? What conflict drives the narrative? The community validates before anything is built.

TrueVoice selects 3 existing NFT communities whose aesthetic aligns with the story and genre decided. TVOICE holders vote to choose which community will define the visual identity of the new artist. This gives dormant NFT communities new purpose — and gives TrueVoice a ready-made fanbase from day one.

THE CREATOR
TrueVoice opens a public call for story creators. Participants submit a brief script outline for Chapter 1. Selected creator receives 300–500 USDC + TVOICE tokens as reward. Since AI accelerates the creative process, this is an accessible opportunity for writers, storytellers and creators worldwide. The best story wins — not the biggest name.

THE HUMAN
Every AI artist has a human soul behind it. The community helps define what human skills the artist needs — voice, dance movement, charisma, a specific instrument. TrueVoice finds 3 candidates who embody those skills. Holders vote for who becomes the living reference behind the character. If the project demands it (for example, a dancer whose movement defines the character's animation), multiple human collaborators can be selected. The human brings authenticity. The AI brings scale.

AI PRODUCTION
TrueVoice enters full production mode. The format is always 5 chapters + 5 songs — each chapter ends as a song, each song deepens the story world. Music produced with AI tools (Suno, Udio). Animation produced with AI video pipelines (Kling, Runway). Human reference footage is used for lip sync and movement authenticity. The result is a complete entertainment universe at a fraction of traditional production cost.

The artist enters the world. First single released as a gift — no token pitch, no NFT mention. Just the music and the story. The TFANS collection mint follows once organic traction is demonstrated. The community that helped build the artist now owns a piece of it.

4–6 weeks after the song launch: reveal the making-of. Not the tech — the human story. How one person built this frame by frame in 2023 before the tools existed. The contrast between the old workflow (Blender, Midjourney, Mixamo, manual animation) and the new AI workflow is content in itself — and the kind of authentic storytelling that attracts press, crypto-native audiences, and potential investors.

How multipliers work: The total royalty pool (10% of consolidated net revenue from all artists) is distributed proportionally to staked tokens, weighted by tier multiplier. More tokens staked + higher tier = larger share of the pool. The total distributed never exceeds the pool — multipliers determine your share relative to other stakers, not an absolute percentage. During the first 12 months post-TGE, an additional monthly reward from the Community allocation (25% of supply) is distributed to all active stakers, ensuring early holders receive meaningful value while label revenue grows.
Governance model: TVOICE voting is consultative. The TrueVoice CEO retains final decision authority on all label operations. Projects that transfer full DAO control before product-market fit historically struggle with paralysis and poor decisions. TrueVoice OÜ is structured for EU compliance from day one. MiCA-specialist legal counsel is engaged before the TGE. If regulatory constraints in any jurisdiction limit growth, TrueVoice will evaluate relocating operations to a more favorable framework — the project is built to be portable.
NFT Market Sentiment NFT demand cycles are unpredictable. Speculative NFT markets have contracted significantly since 2021–2022. RUFANS are not speculative assets — they are fan memberships with real economic utility: royalty participation, event access, rental income, and exclusive content. The marketing strategy leads with the artist and the music, not the NFT. Pop-rock artist and entrepreneur. Founded TrueVoice after building Ruffus Chapter 1 entirely by hand in 2023 — Midjourney, Blender, Mixamo, frame-by-frame animation — before AI video tools existed.

Prior to TrueVoice, founded and operated Fourblocks Technology SL for over a decade — a mobile devices and electronics company. That experience taught a fundamental lesson: in Spain's fiscal and regulatory environment, exponential growth for small digital entrepreneurs is structurally constrained. Not a complaint — a data point that led to a decision.

TrueVoice was designed from day one to operate at global scale. That's why it's built on Estonia's digital business framework — the most progressive environment in Europe for digital and Web3 companies. And if Europe itself ever creates friction, TrueVoice is structured to move. The project follows opportunity, not geography.
